Learn Why Choose Exercise For Weight Loss Is More Important That Fitness Membership.

Hi Everyone,

My name is Sandy Mason. I was overweight since I could remember. I really wanted to lose my weight so I joined local fitness. I did exercise extensively since the first day at fitness.

I was surprised I loose so little weight.

I didn’t understand why after doing exercise like this I still had the same weight. There must be something wrong in my exercise for weight loss. I just don’t know what it is.

To solve my problem, I discussed with my friend who never go to fitness but can loose weight so fast. She told me that the most important thing in losing weight is to choose exercise for weight loss correctly.

She told me that there is no need to go to the gym if you do the right exercise.

To proof her theory, I canceled my fitness membership and started to do exercise recommended by her. Most of them are strange but not very hard to do. After 1 month, the result started to show.

This is the first time in my life that I can loose my weight. It is not as perfect as I expected but it is a very good start.
